Training
User training takes place in our Training Center, onsite
at your facility or in
some
circumstances - remotely.
Our trainer is a former EMS manager who relates instruction to
realworld
application, incorporating scenarios and examples that are practical. W e train
billing agents, collectors, field crew, dispatchers, managers, owners and other staff how
to use the AIM modules for maximum efficiency and impact.
Training is conducted for a flat fee at your site or for a perperson charge in our training center.
Support
Our product support package ensures your users get technical help and access to all
the latest software updates immediately, minimizing interruptions in work flow. RAM
customers regularly compliment our support team for the amount of time they spend
helping them with questions or problems. The support package includes:
- Unlimited support by our product specialists via phone or chat
- Software version upgrades
- Modifications, enhancements and corrections to software
- Updates and corrections to documentation and forms as dictated by insurance carriers or regulatory groups
Support is available on a subscription basis, with option for annual renewal.
