install and operate the AIM for Windows System.
- Windows based with Pentium III
class or later
microprocessor.
- Windows 2000 (NT), or XP.
- SVGA Display or better.
- 128 MB of RAM.
- 1 GB hard drive space available.
More space is
required for larger data sources.
- CD-ROM Drive.
- Available USB, serial port COM1,
COM2, etc...(infrared port recommended) – Applies to TargetCE
System, if applicable.
- Windows-compatible mouse.
- Tape, CDRW or Iomega® type
backup system.
- Must support Long File Names –
longer than (8)
eight characters.
- Internet Connection for support

The following is the recommendation of RAM Software Systems, Inc. to supplement the above requirements.We suggest the fastest and latest in hardware for those services averaging more that 20,000 calls/trips per year!

- 1 GB hard drive space available.
- Laser printer recommended.
