Once logged in, you will be able to access downloads/updates, frequently asked questions, hints, tricks, and more. If you are not a current AIM System User, you cannot enter this area. Having trouble with your login and/or password? All logins and passwords are lower case, make sure
you entered it correctly. There are no spaces in the passwords or logins,
make sure you entered it correctly.
Still having trouble? Your login and password were sent to you with your
initial AIM purchase.

and ask the dispatcher for your website login and password.

RAM Software Systems, Inc. has a fulltime staff of customer support technicians and trainers to help our customers with questions or problems related to our products. We also have a staff of programmers on-site to help with more involved changes required to maintain compliance with all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, Commercial or other requirements.
Our support hours are 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (except for holidays). All of our customers can reach us on a toll-free number we provide to them upon purchase. Our support includes phone support of questions, modem support through PCAnywhere for problems that arise, updates needed for maintaining the system or to upgrade for Medicare or Medicaid changes, Internet support through use of e-mail to us, and training. Any customer of RAM Software can obtain support. Support Options and Training Options are detailed under the Support Options Page.
