MULTIPLE AIM SYSTEMS
The AIM System for Windows will allow each user to open the AIM System
2 times per station. Both AIM Systems will be fully operational. * This
will allow a user to view or edit information on a different account
or trip without having to exit from the current section they are working
on.
*Computer limitations may make this option inefficient for some users.
CONCURRENT USERS
The AIM System for Windows will limit concurrent users to the number
of licensed network stations purchased. While it will allow the system to be
installed on any number of stations, it will only allow the licensed
number of users to have the system active at one time.
SPELLCHECKER
The spellchecker is active in the narrative templates of all modules
with narrative tabs. The spellchecker includes a standard dictionary
and medical dictionary. A custom dictionary can be created.
ADMINISTRATIVE SHUTDOWN
The AIM System offers an Administrative Shutdown, which is recommended
to be performed at least once a day to protect the integrity of your
data. This feature is standard and will prompt you to perform upon shutdown.

STANDARD FUNCTIONS
There are many functions throughout the AIM System that are standard
to each module. Below are a few that we chose to highlight here. All
standard features of the AIM System are listed in the User’s Manual
that you will receive with the program. For more information on standard
features that exist within the AIM System, contact a sales representative.
Prevent duplicate social security numbers from
being entered into the AIM System. This feature will work from every
module and will validate the Social Security Number as a unique number
when it is entered from any module.
The AIM System conforms to the standard Copy/Cut/Paste/Undo
Functions of Windows.
Append to a narrative when editing a trip, while
preventing the user from being able to edit anything that has already
been saved in the narrative.
Pressing the F9 key will switch
between edit/non-edit modes in the data entry screens for all modules.
Set reminders for yourself or others in the
Billing Module. Set reminders for medics if sending trips back for
review. Using our custom drill-down feature, users have the ability
to create hundreds of specific reports designed for their needs.
Definable "Site Code" field in Billing
and Trip which you set as desired for drill down abilities by stations,
vehicles, service types, etc.
