EMS Billing Clerks support RAM's Billing Specialists in tasks associated with billing ambulance transports. Job functions include data entry of information related to patient transports and related payors, printing and mailing bills, scanning and filing supporting documents, payments and denials, and telephone communication with patients, facilities, physicians, insurances, etc.
Clerks receive compliance training in order to successfully manage private health information, ,as well as billing software training. Qualified candidates must be proficient in typing, multi-tasking, positive customer service, problem solving, and follow-up. Software Developer
Ram Software Systems, Inc., a leading provider of EMS Software and Services, is currently seeking an experienced Full-time Software Developer for our Slippery Rock, PA location. The successful candidate will work with the project lead and/or Programming Director in designing, testing, writing and developing new features and enhancements to applications and databases, migration of existing applications, documentation of development efforts, and develop web applications and demos.
The Software Developer must have database skills including SQL Server and working with relational databases. Programming skills required include C# using SOAP architecture and ASP.NET applications as well as Visual C++ with MFC architecture. Candidate must have a minimum BS in Computer Science (will consider combined qualified experience and education), proven development experience, and experience working in a rapid development environment with little or no supervision.

Ram Software Systems, Inc., a leading provider of EMS Software and Services, is currently seeking an experienced Full-time Software Support Technician/Customer Service Rep for our Slippery Rock, PA location. The successful candidate will handle customer issues courteously and professionally via telephone, email and/or online, troubleshoot technical issues relating to in-house software products and services, document issues and assure the customer has attained the necessary information required to resolve the issue.
The Software Support Technician/Customer Service Rep must have a degree in CIS, MIS or related technical field (will consider combined qualified experience and education), familiarity with SQL Server, prior customer service/technical support experience, excellent organizational skills and must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
